Who Needs Camping , When The SJHL Is Back On The Ice

Tomorrow is a huge day for the SJHL as all teams will kick off training camp. I'm glad to say while most of you are out camping for one last long weekend of summer , I will be down in Eston for Klippers camp. For all SJHL teams it will be a busy weekend and for the Klippers it shall be no different.

Coach Wintoneak is excited , and I am to. I cant wait to officially meet the team, up to now I have never seen the team I'm covering on the ice. What I know is what I have heard from various people including my co worker Kris Hussey who did the play by play last season for the Klippers. To actually watch the team in action , fighting for a spot to dawn the Klippers jersey will be very exciting.

The full camp roster has yet to be released, and as soon as I get the full list I will have it posted.

8:15am Depart for Eston via bus

9:00am Everyone Check In/Register in Lobby and receive itinerary

10:00am Team Shea Practice (Black)

11:15am Flood

11:40am Team Perkins Practice (White)

1:30pm Bus Departs for Kindersley

4:20pm Arrive @ West Central Event Centre
4:30pm Depart for Eston via bus (no player shall drive)

5:50pm Warm Up

6:00pm Game Team Perkins vs Team Shea

(3-17 minutes stop time periods)
