Heading out to Flin Flon with the team shortly. We will arrive late tonight and the boys will have a whole day off to prepare , with a morning skate tomorrow.
I am pretty excited for this trip. I have never been this far out East in Canada, afterall I am from Edmonton. It should be a fun trip.
Had a chance to catch some of practice yesterday and a few new line combos were being tested.
Hoffman will be up with Adamyk and Calkins
McGrath will center Duzan and Mysiorek
King will center Beau Taylor and Exner
The 4th line is a combo of the 6 remaining fwds
Scotty Hellyer will start Friday , Larry hasnt decided who will start Saturday.
I will have a game day thread up either tonight or tomo.
As for the broadcasts.
Fridays game will be cut short due to the MLB Baseball playoffs. This is something I am not happy about , but the station always plays the A.L baseball series on Classic Hits.
We will likely miss the first two periods Friday. I will do live updates in between periods and come on live for the thrid.
Saturday we are good to go with pre game starting at 715
1st period intermission feature will be Taylor Wasden with a player profile.

ReplyDeleteI am sure more people would want to hear the Klippers game , considering you can catch the Yanks on tv, but from what I understand it comes down to money. Not my decision , as I would certainly be calling the game : (
