The Evening Before....

Well the SJHL season officially kicked off last night with Estevan defeating Melville 6-4.

There are three games this evening , including La Ronge, the Klippers opponent Sunday.
Here are a few important tidbits.

The Klippers are bringing 16 forwards along for the first two games this weekend. You can expect to see a few different variations of lineups in the bottom six likely for both games.

I am meeting with Larry sometime this afternoon , and will hopefully try to get an update on who will be playing up front in both games.

We all know who will be in net for the Klippers, but Battlefords situation for Saturday is still unclear.
It appears Montour has returned to his Midget AAA team and Alex Sirard is the new likely starter for Battlefords. Birch is suspended for one more game and Hildebrand is nursing a knee injury making him unlikely to start. We shall see.

Saturday we start pre game show at 715. Kris Hussey will be on color with me.
Braeden Adamyk is the first player profile on Saturday and Taylor Duzan will be on Sunday. I asked them all kinds of questions so make sure you catch them during the first intermission.

IMPORTANT INFO ON HOW TO LISTEN TO THE BROADCAST!!!

I know last year there were some issues but it appears everything is good to go.
To listen you have to go to the http://www.klippershockey.com/  then click listen live in the top left corner , it is the first tab on the side.

Then you are directed to a page with all the click here for the teams broadcasts. Clearly there you click Kindersleys , and then a windows media player window will pop up , or whatever you use on your computer. It will likely say error until the start of pre game so don't worry if it doesn't work right now.

Also you can of course catch the game live on the radio at 1330 or 1210 Classic hits AM.
On Sundays game in Laronge we will be broadcasting pregame starting at 4:45. Josh Lewis will join me on the color commentary from the Kindersley Clarion.
