A very sloppy start for the Klippers. They went down 1-0 in the opening shift.
The Klippers defense needs to cover the Humboldt players better in front, they are finding open ice way to much in front.
Bad news for the Klippers as Exner popped his shoulder out , I talked to the trainer and they popped it back in place, so it looks like he will be ok, unsure if he will return tonight.
Klippers goals were scored by
1. Gourley - King , Exner
2. Down - King
Klippers started to look better near the end of the period , Sonntag made a huge hit right in front of the Klippers bench that seemed to change the momentum.
