Tonights Klipper Lineup For Game 2 In Flin Flon

Kindersley will be forced to rotate 3 centers tonight. Duzan, Wasden, Elliot remain out for the Klippers. Also out tonight is Rebkowich who was only able to play 2 shifts last night. He is out with a upper body injury leaving the Klippers with 11 forwards.

Buckingham-Kissick-Bosovich
Daniels-King-Mysiorek
Lund-Hoffman-McDonald
Dworschawk-xxx-McGrath

Haaf-Eaton
Manhas-Morin
Gedny-Blatz

Letourneau remains injured on the back end.

Abdallah
McDonald

Abdallah gets his first start for Kindersley. Defensively the key tonight for Kindersley will be to shut down the Flin Flon number one line. Balaski, Storzuk and Young combined for ten points last night and were dangerous all game long.

As for the broadcast we will do updates in between inning breaks during the Yankees game. If their is a rain delay like their was last night or if the game ends prior to the Klipper game then we will go live. It sounds like their could be some more heavy rain in New York. Either way we will likely catch some of the third period and also get in a post game show.  Listen in for the updates here through out the MLB broadcast    http://asx.abacast.com/kindersleyklippers-live-32.asx

  1. I would like to know who was on when we had the six on four at the end of the game.

  2. Bosovich, McGrath, King, Dworschak, Gedny, Haaf were the 6 on the ice

  3. Not quite sure why you would put two rookies into this situation but heh that's why Rocky gets the big bucks.

  4. Gedny has played 4 games so far and seems to be our best player in those last 4 games, so i don't see why he wouldn't be on the ice in that situation?

  5. To the last poster, if you read Ullsy's note, Gedny was on the ice. Maybe the problem is you can't read. Quit picking this team apart. We don't need guys like you following the Klippers if you're just looking for something negative to comment on. This team is young, only a handful of 20 year olds and two of them were not dressed. The only way they are going to learn and get better is to be put into all situations.

  6. I can understand that but what about the older players who have been waiting for one and two years for the chance to be in these situations.

  7. Come the trade deadline those players will be moved anyway as the Klippers will look to add something for next year. To bad that those veterans that have committed to the program and been solid players will be traded like old hockey cards! You are right, they should get those opportunities.

  8. So in other words these four young men who have given the last two and three years of their lives to this organization will be traded for a glimmer of next year? Doesn't seem quite fair does it?

  9. That's hockey.. Fair? No not always but the coach senses things on the bench, he's down there in the thick of the action. He's not worried about who's been there longer, he puts the players on the ice that he thinks are going to give the team a chance to tie the game on that particular night!!

  10. Ya cause that's what happened last year......

  11. The hockey business is not pretty at times but it starts in novice and doesn't get any better unfortunately. I'm sure the players understand it can happen, they may not like it but they know it's a business.

  12. i hope all the 20 year olds get traded to a better team this year, they dont deserve this rebuilding stage. hoffman the team captain has been to the confrence finals his first 2 years in the league and it would be a shame if he could bring his great attitude and leadership to a contender, im sure a play in bc would love that guy on a 3rd line for key faceoffs and the playoffs, not to mention he would get a few more looks from the scouts out there, as for the other 20's there expendable.

  13. Tough to give up on a team 8 games into the season. I think we have the talent - we just need to make sure everyone knows what their jobs are and then proceed. I see some of the players trying to do way too much. Keep it simple, know your role and skate. We have hard working players who need some direction and we'll be fine. Don't over think this. Go Klippers.

  14. To the last poster. You are the biggest loser this blog has ever had! Hoffman and all the 20 year old Klippers bring something different to the team. Ask the other teams in the league if they would want our 20's and why.

People like you make me sick! Know it alls!

  15. So are you saying the other teams in the league would want our 20's or wouldn't want our 20's? And why or why not? And what's wrong with a simple game with people knowing their roles?

    ReplyDelete
  16. Other teams would want our 20's for for what they bring to the table, nothing more, nothing less. Nothing wrong at all with a simple game where everyone knows their role. The problem I believe is the management group doesn't see this team as taking a run for it so they will get what they can for these players be it players in return, money etc.

  17. To the guy shooting off about Hoff, why are you saying a team in BC would want him? Do you have connections out there?

  18. well 2 years ago the klippers made it to the conference finals with 3 20 year old, lets be serious we all support the klippers but this year its YIKES from the past two. Get the players that have some stock out of here before jan10 for good futures and let the young guys run with it and battle for a 3rd to 5th spot anything can happen in that survior series.
