With Sean Cahill moving on to play division one hockey in the NCAA an opportunity opens up for a new starting goaltender to emerge. The front runner for that job is Justin McDonald who was a rookie back up for the Klippers all of last season. His work ethic and determination won him battles with a number of veteran goaltenders that were brought into the organization and near the end of the season McDonald proved he had what it takes to be a starting goaltender in the SJHL. Mac comes into this season in phenominal shape along with the confidence to prove that he can be the number one guy for the Klippers.
